HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?
Once you get these tasty treats home we’re sure they wont last long, however they have a shelf life of 12months. Always check the use by/expiry date before consumption and make sure products a kept stored as recommended.
CAN I REFRIDGERATE MY PROTEIN BALLS?
Yes. Your protein balls can be kept refrigerated or in a cool dry place like your kitchen pantry.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?

Most of our product range is gluten free. We suggest that you check each product ingredient thoroughly before consumption.

There is no minimum order.
At this stage our ice cream is available exclusively through our wide range of stockists across Australia. You can locate these under the Stockist tab.

WheyWhip delivers all across Australia with Australia Post & Fastway Couriers.
Wheywhip has a super affordable flat rate of $8 for postage across Australia regardless of how many boxes you order.
WheyWhip orders are dispatched twice weekly and should arrive within 2-7 working days depending on your location. Customers situated in Perth may not receive their order for 9 working days.
Yes. When WheyWhip receives your order and places a booking for your order with either Fastway or Australia Post you will be sent a tracking number. This tracking number can be utilized at www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel OR www.auspost.com.au
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives the courier will drop it to your nearest post office or participating pick up point and leave you an attempted delivery slip with the details of where you can locate your package. For assistance please contact the courier company and provide your tracking number.
WheyWhip Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace any damaged or unsatisfactory products delivered to customers without offering a refund. In the event of damaged product being delivered to a customer WheyWhip Pty Ltd will require adequate proof of damage from the customer before offering to replace the product.
